We give importance to Hygiene. I bake in a super hygienic kitchen. I weave the dough with clean hands on a well cleaned granite rock slab. I have a special wooden bake oven that we clean regularly and is used for baking cakes and pizzas at high temperature that cannot be achieved in a normal branded oven
